Shipping policy

(1) We currently deliver to the following countries:

• Austria

(2) After the conclusion of the contract, the delivery will be carried out by CURA Marketing GmbH with the following shipping service providers:

• Germany: DHL
• Austria: Austrian Post

• International shipping: DHL

(3) The delivery of goods shall be effected by shipping to the delivery address provided by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the Seller's order processing shall be decisive.

(4) Delivery normally takes place between 3 and 5 working days after conclusion of the contract. To all other countries, delivery is usually made within 5 to 7 business days. We ship all packages with standard shipping. Delays in delivery by the parcel delivery company are not within the sphere of influence of CURA Marketing GmbH.

(5) If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the Customer is responsible, the Customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the Seller as a result thereof. This shall not apply with regard to the costs for the return shipment if the customer effectively exercises his right of revocation. In the event of an effective exercise of the right of revocation by the Customer, the provision made in the Seller's revocation instructions shall apply to the return costs.

(6) Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

(8) Subject to all offers free of shipping costs, the shipping costs for all shipments under 29.00€ total amount within Germany and Austria are 5.95€ and under 69.00€ to all other countries listed below are 12.95€. From a total amount of 29.00€ (the total amount is the invoice amount less all discounts), the order will be delivered by our delivery service free of shipping costs directly to your home.
