In which order should I use the products?
We recommend the following care sequence for our products:
1. Cleansing powder
2. Face serum
3. Eye care
4. Face cream
What is the shelf life of the products?
The products have an unopened shelf life of at least 30 months. After opening, the products are stable as long as the PAO (period after opening) jar symbol indicates (e.g. 12M = 12 months).
How to store the products properly?
Optimally, the products are stored in a cool and dark place, such as the pantry or cellar.
Are the products also suitable for men?
Naturally! The products of our lines are perfect also for the care of men's skin and its needs.
Payment
What payment methods does the webshop offer?
The following payment methods are accepted: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna Pay later. You can find more detailed information under payment methods.
Where can I find the invoice for my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us with your invoice.
Shipping and delivery
Which shipping partner will deliver my order?
In Austria, our shipping partner is the Austrian Post. In Germany and all other countries DHL takes over this part. You can find more information on shipping & delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, so an order cannot be canceled, but the contents can be returned.
What are the rights of return?
The products can be returned to us without giving reasons within 30 days in original packaging and unopened.
How long does the delivery of the order take?
The order should normally arrive within 3-7 business days.
